Salon Store is a trading name for Consumer Retail Ltd. Registered in England and Wales at Companies House, company registration No – 07914886. Registered office address – Unit 16 Cayley Court, Hopper Hill Road, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 3YJ.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel at any time during the cooling off period which is 14 days. A cancelation request must be made in writing via our contact form within the 14-day cooling off period.

Payment

You will be charged the price as advertised on the website at the time of order. All prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices on our website at any time, the price you will be charged will always be the price advertised at the time of order. We cannot refund differences in prices changes once you have placed the order.  We do not accept cash, cheque or gift cards as a method of payment.

Delivery

We delivery to all UK addresses however we do not delivery to PO box addresses or BFPO addresses, any orders received from these addresses will be refunded and not delivered. Delivery time frames will depend on your address, the delivery service selected and the item you are purchasing. A detailed list of delivery services and delivery times can be found on our delivery information page. We deliver to a number of international countries, prices and delivery times can be viewed on our delivery information page. We can only deliver to the address provided at the time of purchase as we are not covered if your item goes missing otherwise, if you have provided the incorrect delivery address and your item has been shipped the item will have to be returned and posted again to the correct address. There will be an additional delivery charge for this.

How much will I be refunded?

For unwanted items we will refund you the total amount paid including any postage cost paid.

If the wrong item has been posted to you who is responsible for the return postage cost?

Of course, if the wrong item has been delivered, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to cover the return postage cost.
