Our Policy

We offer a hassle-free returns policy, if you are not 100% happy, we will refund or exchange any item if returned unused in its original packaging. You must notify us via email within 14 days of recieving the item, we then allow an additional 14 days to return the item. Please contact us via the contact form to arrange the return.


My Item is Faulty or Damaged! Who is Responsible for the Return Postage Cost?

Of course, if your item is damaged or faulty, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return postage. If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact us via the contact form to arrange the return.


I have Changed my Mind! Who is Responsible for the Return Postage Cost?

If there is nothing wrong with the item you have received and you have just changed your mind or do not like it, I am afraid the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost. Please contact us via the contact form to arrange the return.


Can I return my item if I have discarded the packaging?

I am sorry we can only accept returns in the original packaging as the packaging is designed to protect the item during transit and we can not sell this item without the packaging.


How much will I be refunded?

For unwanted items we will refund you the total amount paid including any postage cost paid.


If the wrong item has been posted to you who is responsible for the return postage cost?

Of course, if the wrong item has been delivered, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to cover the return postage cost.
